Many of our pieces are made-to-order, crafted with care by our partner brands, which means your order may take a little longer to reach you - but it also means you receive something truly special. We always do our best to ship orders ahead of schedule whenever possible.

Shipping Charges

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders.

Return/Exchange : We do not accept returns, only exchange is available for different size.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days before shipping.
If you require express shipping, please contact us in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Brand Shipping Timelines

Each brand has its own production and shipping schedule:

Sencillo: 7-10 business days
Akashi: 7-14 business days
Oneless: 3-4 business days (within India)
House of Chi : 3-7 business days
Pocketful of Cherrie: 15-20 business days

These timelines reflect the maximum time required, although we aim to dispatch your order as soon as possible.
